Meagan O’Neill, MS
Executive Director
Association of Cancer Care Centers

Meagan joined ACCC in July 2024 and brings over 15 years of experience serving as an oncology-focused business consultant and strategic adviser to hospitals and health systems across the country. Prior to joining ACCC, Meagan built and co-led the Oncology Services Practice at ECG Management Consultants (ECG), a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm and the nation’s largest dedicated oncology consultancy serving the provider industry.

Over the last decade as a consultant, Meagan has partnered with leadership teams from over 100 different organizations to tackle their most pressing challenges and greatest opportunities within oncology, from operational improvement and performance transformations to strategic growth pursuits and partnership formations. Meagan’s experience draws from working alongside a wide range of program types, sizes, and settings, from leading NCI centers to solo community-based practices, including many former clients who were ACCC member programs. Meagan was formerly a corporate member of ACCC and is recognized thought leader within the industry on topics related to the business of cancer care.

Meagan’s professional experience is complemented by her personal journey as a caregiver to her mother, who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2023. Her caregiver experience further instilled Meagan’s commitment to helping advance how patients access and experience cancer care in the U.S., particularly in underrepresented populations and underserved communities.
