The Annual Achievement Award is presented annually to individuals whose outstanding contributions to cancer care have significantly contributed to the oncology patient.
The Clinical Research Award is presented annually to an individual, or individuals, whose research have significantly and positively impacted the oncology patient, family and/or community.
The David King Community Clinical Scientist Award is presented annually to individuals for their dedication to cancer research, education, and to promoting the goals of cancer prevention, early detection, and quality treatment.
In 2006 ACCC presented its first Community Clinical Scientist Award to James N. Atkins, MD; Luis Baez–Diaz, MD, FACP; and Lee B. Riley, MD, PhD, FACS. In 2007 was re-named as the David King Community Clinical Scientist Award.
