Seagen and Genmab

Seagen and Genmab offer the Seagen Secure® program for patients prescribed Tivdak. 

Seagen Secure works with practices and patients to get them enrolled and started on Tivdak therapy quickly. Once patients are enrolled, Seagen Secure will help patients understand their insurance coverage and financial assistance options.

A dedicated oncology access advocate can assist with any coverage or financial issues, including:

  • Benefits investigation

  • Appeal assistance

  • Commercial out-of-pocket assistance program

  • Uninsured and underinsured patient assistance.

Reimbursement Assistance

Seagen Secure®

Once patients are enrolled in Seagen Secure, they will be assigned a dedicated oncology access advocate who can assist with any coverage or financial issues, like benefits investigations and appeals assistance.

Benefits Investigation

Oncology access advocates will help determine coverage, evaluate prior authorization requirements or other restrictions, and determine patients’ financial responsibility.

Appeal Assistance

If a patient’s insurer denies a prior authorization request and the healthcare providers wants to appeal, case managers can identify the appropriate steps.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance

Seagen Secure® Commercial Out-Of-Pocket Assistance

Oncology access advocates may be able to offer patients enrollment in the commercial out-of-pocket assistance program, designed to lower out-of-pocket costs for each prescription.

To be eligible, patients must:

  • Have commercial insurance

  • Be treated with a Seagen product for an FDA-approved indication

  • Reside in the United States (including D.C. and Puerto Rico), except where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted

  • Be receiving treatment from a physician in the U.S. and product must be dispensed at participating eligible pharmacies in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

This offer is not valid for any patient that receives (or is eligible to receive) coverage or reimbursement (in full or in part) for medical treatment and/or prescription drugs through any federal, state, or other government health insurance program (including, but not limited to, Medicare, including Medicare Part D plans, Medicaid, Veterans Administration health coverage, TriCare or other Department of Defense health coverage, or the Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance Plan). Uninsured and cash-pay patients are not eligible to participate in this program. This offer is not insurance.

Patient Assistance Program

Seagen Secure® Patient Assistance Program

Oncology access advocates can approve eligible uninsured and underinsured patients for their Seagen therapy free of charge. Patients must meet eligibility requirements.
