Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. offers the Ipsen Cares program for patients prescribed Onivyde or Somatuline Depot. The Ipsen Cares (Coverage, Access, Reimbursement and Education Support) serves as a central point of contact between patients, caregivers, doctors’ offices, insurance companies, and specialty pharmacies. Patient access specialists will facilitate patients’ access to their prescribed medication and provide information and support for the interactions among offices, patients, and insurance companies for Ipsen medications.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance

Ispen Cares® Onivyde Co-Pay Assistance Program

Ispen Cares offers co-payment assistance to eligible patients. This includes referring to the co-pay program. No proof of income is required for the co-pay program.

The program is only available for commercially insured patients. Patients are not eligible for co-pay assistance through Ipsen Cares if they are enrolled in any state or federally funded programs, including, but not limited to, Medicare Part B, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DoD, or TriCare (collectively, “Government Programs”), or where prohibited by law.

Healthcare providers can enroll patients through the online provider portal or by faxing the enrollment form to  1.866.525.2416.

Patient Assistance Program

Ispen Cares® Patient Assistance Program

Uninsured patients may be eligible for free medication through the patient assistance program. Patients may be eligible to receive free medication if they are experiencing financial hardship, have no insurance coverage, and received a
prescription for on-label use of an Ipsen medication, as supported by information provided in the program application.

If eligible, patients may receive free medication from Ipsen. 

Patients may enroll through the Ipsen Cares program. Healthcare providers can enroll patients through the online provider portal or by faxing the completed enrollment form to  1.866.525.2416.

Independent Charitable Foundations/Organizations

Ispen Cares® Referrals

Ispen Cares offers co-payment assistance to eligible patients. This includes referring patients to its co-pay program or to an independent nonprofit organization if available.
