Amgen, Inc.

Amgen offers Amgen Assist 360™ as a single place for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to find the support, tools, and resources most important to them. When patients enroll, they are connected with an Amgen nurse navigator who serves as a single point of contact to help them find resources that are most important to them.

Amgen nurse navigators are only available to patients that are prescribed certain products. Nurse navigators are there to support, not replace, patients’ treatment plan and do not provide medical advice, nursing, or case management services.

Amgen Assist 360 can:

  • Connect you to a reimbursement counselor or schedule a visit with a field reimbursement specialist.

  • Help patients understand how their Amgen medicine may be covered, and refer them to programs that may be able to help them afford their medication.

  • Can assist with submitting, storing, and retrieving a benefit verification for anyone currently on an Amgen product.

For more information and medicine-specific enrollment forms, go online or call 1.888.427.7478, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
