“[Patients] like the ease and simplicity of being able to pick up [their] phone, go to an app, and send a quick message...We’ve heard time and time again [from patients that even though] it’s an app...it still feels personal. They feel like they’re being checked on and cared for when they’re on site...and after hours.”
