FDA Approves Fam-Trastuzumab Deruxtecan-nxki for HER2-Positive Gastric Cancer

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved AstraZeneca and Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited (Daiichi Sankyo)’s trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu®) for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma who have received a prior trastuzumab-based regimen.
