
Meagan joined ACCC in July 2024 and brings over 15 years of experience serving as an oncology-focused business consultant and strategic adviser to hospitals and health systems across the country. Prior to joining ACCC, Meagan built and co-led the Oncology Services Practice at ECG Management Consultants (ECG), a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm and the nation’s largest dedicated oncology consultancy serving the provider industry.
Over the last decade as a consultant, Meagan has partnered with leadership teams from over 100 different organizations to tackle their most pressing challenges and greatest opportunities within oncology, from operational improvement and performance transformations to strategic growth pursuits and partnership formations. Meagan’s experience draws from working alongside a wide range of program types, sizes, and settings, from leading NCI centers to solo community-based practices, including many former clients who were ACCC member programs. Meagan was formerly a corporate member of ACCC and is recognized thought leader within the industry on topics related to the business of cancer care.
Meagan’s professional experience is complemented by her personal journey as a caregiver to her mother, who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2023. Her caregiver experience further instilled Meagan’s commitment to helping advance how patients access and experience cancer care in the U.S., particularly in underrepresented populations and underserved communities.

Sabina Gargiulo is Vice President of Corporate Development for the Association of Cancer Care Centers, where she leads the organization's corporate development strategy, overseeing business development, corporate relations, and revenue growth initiatives that support ACCC's mission to improve cancer care delivery nationwide. In this role, she provides executive leadership for a portfolio spanning custom research and educational initiatives, corporate membership, sponsorship, and other strategic funding partnerships. She is responsible for developing collaboration models that align the needs of community oncology providers with those of industry partners to advance education, quality improvement, and patient-centered cancer care.
With more than 25 years of experience in association management, business development, strategic marketing, and nonprofit leadership, Sabina has built a reputation for creating sustainable growth strategies that strengthen organizational impact while cultivating long-term, value-based relationships with industry. Throughout her career, she has successfully launched new business units, diversified revenue streams, developed high-performing teams, and led transformational initiatives that have enhanced organizational performance across many national and international associations.
Prior to joining ACCC, Sabina served as Vice President of Marketing and Industry Relations at Association Headquarters, Inc., where she was a member of the executive leadership team and led corporate marketing, business development, sponsorship sales, and strategic communications for nearly 40 association clients spanning healthcare, scientific, trade, and professional societies. She was instrumental in creating the country's first dedicated Industry Relations consulting practice within an association management company, helping clients diversify and grow revenue, strengthen corporate partnerships, and expand their market presence.
A recipient of the Top 100 Women Business Leaders of New Jersey recognition and has completed executive training in Association Management and Nonprofit Leadership through the American Society of Association Executives.

Drawing on more than two decades of progressive leadership at the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC), Monique J. Marino serves as Vice President of Communications, where she leads the strategic vision, development, and delivery of integrated content and communications that advance ACCC’s mission to support the multidisciplinary cancer care team. A seasoned editorial and communications strategist, she oversees a team of content creators who produce a robust portfolio spanning peer-reviewed publications, digital media, thought leadership, and educational programming, translating complex clinical, policy, and operational insights into clear, impactful messaging for diverse healthcare audiences. Known for building high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships, Monique drives innovation across platforms, aligns communications with evolving oncology and policy landscapes, and provides trusted counsel to executive leadership and the Board to amplify ACCC’s voice, expand its reach, and deliver measurable value to members and stakeholders.
Monique grew up in Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude from Shippensburg University. Monique lived in Tokyo for five years before moving to the Washington, DC. metropolitan area. She spends most weekends yachting in the Chesapeake Bay with her husband and dog. She is an avid reader, averaging more than 100 books a year, and is the author of a romantic mystery entitled “Deconstructing Superwoman.”

Tricia O'Mahen Dickey is the Senior Director of Marketing at ACCC, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives that drive member engagement, strengthen ACCC's brand awareness, and support the organization's mission of improving cancer care delivery. With more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing, Tricia combines data-driven insights, compelling narratives and creative strategy to address the needs of oncology care professionals, developing meaningful member experiences and collaborative opportunities with partner organizations that help advance patient-centered cancer care.
Prior to joining ACCC, Tricia worked at Wunderman (now VML), a WPP company, where she collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful omnichannel marketing plans for healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, finance, and consumer brands.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management with a Global Business Concentration from Virginia Tech. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives™ (ASAE).

Elana Plotkin is the VP of Education at ACCC, where she is responsible for overseeing the implementation of educational initiatives and events that support multidisciplinary cancer professionals across the United States. She has nearly 20 years of healthcare association experience and is certified as a healthcare meeting professional. She has personally led initiatives related to geriatric oncology, precision medicine, health literacy, and shared decision making, among others. She received her Bachelor of Science from the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida.

Nicole Tapay, J.D. is the Director, Cancer Care Delivery & Health Policy for the Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC). In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing ACCC’s health policy and advocacy strategy. She serves as a liaison between ACCC’s members and external stakeholders, including patient advocacy organizations, policy experts, and governmental agencies and officials to advance the policy objectives and priorities of ACCC’s interdisciplinary membership.
With more than twenty-five years of experience, Ms. Tapay has held senior health policy, legislative, and regulatory roles in the government, non-profit, and private sectors. She has advised senior executives, government officials, and policy experts on the development, implementation, and analysis of comprehensive and incremental health coverage and systems reforms in the U.S. and internationally. Her past positions include senior roles at the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship, Eli Lilly, the U.S. Senate, Georgetown University, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Nicole obtained her A.B. from Princeton University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
