“These new tests are really a cutting-edge new technology in the fight against cancer. A lot of research and effort has been given to [understanding] how can we detect cancer sooner because we know that when we detect sooner then the individual has a greater likelihood of surviving that cancer and has more treatment options available to them. So, providing coverage through the [Medicare] Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act really goes hand in hand with the [Cancer] Moonshot Initiative.”
