In partnership with AdventHealth, Moffitt Cancer Center has announced that they will be bringing early phase clinical trials to the Orlando area. Previously unavailable in the area, this access will provide patients with cutting-edge cancer treatments and accelerate AdventHealth's efforts to obtain National Cancer Institute designation.

Congratulations to Cone Health Cancer Center's Dr. Matt Manning! The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) has honored Dr. Manning as an ASTRO Fellow for his contributions to the field of radiation oncology and his progress in advancing cancer research, education, and patient care.
The University of Kansas Cancer Center raised $1.7 million in September during its "Treads and Threads" fundraising event. The cancer center is directing this funding toward the installation of a $50 million proton therapy machine, and will become the first cancer program in the state to offer the treatment.
