• IO Patient Wallet Card. The ACCC Immuno-Oncology Institute developed a medical wallet card for patients on immunotherapy for cancer. Access a downloadable print-ready PDF that enables cancer programs practices to have copies printed.
  
• Survivorship Care Plans for Patients Receiving Immunotherapy. This publication describes processes for developing survivorship care plans (SCPs) for patients treated with immunotherapy, effective practices in SCP design, and considerations for SCP delivery in meeting the unique needs of this patient population.
  
• NCCS Survivorship Survey Results and Elevating Survivorship: Results from Two National Surveys. ACCC partnered with the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS) in a survey to better understand unmet needs of cancer survivors and, in particular, survivorship needs of patients treated with immunotherapy.
  
• CANCERBUZZ podcast Episode: Survivorship Care after Immunotherapy. In this episode panelist Regina Jacob, MD, MSCE, talks about the patient's transition from immunotherapy into post-treatment survivorship to the primary care provider and why education on how IO differs from chemotherapy and coordination and communication among providers, patients, and caregivers is essential.
