- Survivorship Care Plans for Patients Receiving Immunotherapy. This publication describes processes for developing survivorship care plans (SCPs) for patients treated with immunotherapy, effective practices in SCP design, and considerations for SCP delivery in meeting the unique needs of this patient population.
- NCCS Survivorship Survey Results and Elevating Survivorship: Results from Two National Surveys. ACCC partnered with the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS) in a survey to better understand unmet needs of cancer survivors and, in particular, survivorship needs of patients treated with immunotherapy.
