With the assistance of its Advisory Committee and Partner Organizations, ACCC has developed a curated resource library that incorporates publications, webinars, tools, and other resources that can help care team members with the safe dispensing of multiple myeloma therapies.

Pharmacy Dispensing Resources

  1. Sample Calendar: With the numerous therapies available to treat multiple myeloma, this sample calendar is a guide for giving patients the information they need about their monthly schedule of therapies and medications.
  2. Multiple Myeloma Dispensing Models Webinar Series: This webinar series from ACCC features six on-demand recordings hosted by expert multidisciplinary faculty who explore various dispensing models and effective practices in the care of patients with multiple myeloma.
  3. Treatment Evolution in Multiple Myeloma: This webcast series from The American Journal of Managed Care explores current therapeutic options for multiple myeloma treatment and best practices for dispensing medications during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  4. Addressing Difficulties of the Multiple Myeloma Treatment Continuum: Key opinion leaders expand upon the difficulties that arise from the oral oncolytic dispensary system, including the inadequacy of community centers, time-consuming documentation, inappropriate utilization contingencies, and more.

  • Myeloma Coach: Location to find a team of myeloma patient and caregiver volunteers available to coach, provide guidance in finding a myeloma specialist, learning about financial aid or using online and digital resources that can help one live longer and better with multiple myeloma.

    • Managing Side Effects: A series of fact sheets with information on what to expect and how to cope with side effects of treatment.
    • Patient and Caregiver Support Resources: A repository of resources and support for those affected by blood cancers and their caregivers.
    • Patient Financial Support, Copay Resources: Link offering the following financial assistance programs to help individuals with blood cancer.
    • Side-Effect Management Series: Series of downloadable or order free information booklets on managing side-effects.
  • The MYELOMA CROWD: An organization that empowers patients with rare diseases at each step of their disease journey – from diagnosis, through education, care and on to a cure.
