ACCC Joins Coalition of Advocacy Partners in Support of the CTMA Introduced in the Senate

ACCC, along with 195 patient advocacy, public health, and provider organizations, issued a statement supporting the introduction of S. 4440, the Clinical Trial Modernization Act, in the Senate. This important legislation will increase access to clinical trials for underrepresented communities such as those in rural areas and/or those who are low income, reduce bureaucratic red tape, and enhance U.S. innovation and leadership in developing new treatments and therapies.
