Description: Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Supervisor UMC Health System, recognized by Texas Monthly as One of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas, is excited to announce a vital leadership opportunity at our Main Campus for a Cancer Center Infusion Supervisor. This role will be instrumental in the opening of our new cancer center in 2026, which will feature significantly expanded infusion capacity. As a key member of the cancer center leadership team, you will oversee the nursing and administrative operations of the Cancer Center Infusion area. This includes comprehensive staff management, budgeting, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care for adult and pediatric patients. You'll be expected to take the initiative in all functions related to hiring, staffing, and performance management for both nursing and non-nursing team members. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring activities that impact patients and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. In anticipation of our new facility, you'll play a crucial role in developing our ambulatory infusion services. You will collaborate closely with the Assistant Nursing Director to build high nurse retention, engagement, and motivation.
