Sun Pharma offers support throughout the patient’s prescription journey and HCP support. Our services can help patients determine which programs they are eligible to receive.

UNLOXCYT™ (cosibelimab-ipdl) injection, for intravenous use

UNLOXCYT SUPPORT™ is dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals by providing comprehensive resources for starting patients on UNLOXCYT™.  After your patients have been prescribed UNLOXCYT, enroll them in UNLOXCYT SUPPORT. Learn how we can support you and your patient every step of the way. UNLOXCYT SUPPORT is here to help eligible patients get their medication by offering support with costs.

Co-Pay Card/Out-Of-Pocket Cost Assistance

Eligible, commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 with a valid prescription. You must have commercial health insurance that provides coverage along with a valid prescription. Enrollment is subject to the Eligibility, Rules, and Terms and Conditions.

Patient Assistance Program

Patient Assistance Program (PAP) (“Program”) is designed to support patients who are underinsured or uninsured. Patients may be eligible to receive free medication. Enrollment is subject to the Eligibility, Rules, and Terms and Conditions.

Access and Reimbursement Support

Sun Pharma offers support through:

  • Easy ways to enroll patients.
  • Streamlined results from verification are delivered quickly with the benefit verification. UNLOXCYT SUPPORT has a team of skilled benefit verification specialists (BVS) with payer and practice operations experience.
  • Patient Navigators help guide the UNLOXCYT treatment journey.
  • ‎Initiate electronic prior authorization (PA) and provide appeals support.
  • Provide reimbursement claims support.
  • Optional 1:1 patient support through our Patient Access Liaisons.

Independent Charitable Foundations/Organizations

UNLOXCYT SUPPORT can help evaluate patients’ eligibility for assistance. We may also be able to identify other, independent third-party financial assistance resources.
