Kristin Sides, OPN-CG, has been an oncology patient navigator at Mount Nittany Medical Center for the past 15 years. As a certified oncology navigator, Sides works with patients to remove a variety of their barriers to care, including those that are financial- and insurance-related. At a time when patients typically have increased expenses and reduced income, Sides works with community and hospital-based resources to create a plan for patients that will give them access to care and reduce their distress. She is a graduate of Penn State University.
