Addey Rascon is the Office Chief for Cancer Prevention and Control at the Arizona Department of Health Services. In addition to her current role, she is a national master trainer for the National Diabetes Prevention Program. Ms. Rascon is a leader in the development of the legislatively mandated Diabetes Action Plan and Report and oversight of the Arizona Cancer Control Plan. She is also a community health education specialist (CHES certified).
