Jennifer Paquet has been in healthcare for over 20 years, and most recently on the insurance and financial side for ten years. Jennifer has worked for Bassett Cancer Institute for 4 years, where she set up the Financial Navigation program and onboarded and trained additional staff. She is fluent in both Medicare and Medicaid policy, and stay up to date on those policies through rigorous studies.
Jennifer performs daily benefit investigations, meets with patients to discuss insurance, free drug, and foundational programs, and works closely with her program’s social worker. She serves a rural and majority Medicare/Medicaid population. Jennifer advocates on behalf of the patients through our local political leaders, as well as national forums, to amend policies affecting the rural populations.
