George Miranda, MDiv, MBA, is the director of the Russell Medical Cancer center in Alexander City, a joint venture between the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Health Sciences Foundation and Russell Medical. He oversees administrative functions related to outpatient cancer services. Prior to this position, Mr. Miranda was cancer center director at DeKalb Medical in Decatur, GA, for six years, including the year when DeKalb Medical was integrated into the Emory Healthcare system.
