William J. Laffey, MBA, is System Vice President of Oncology at Presence Health, a newly established integrated system in Illinois, formed by the recent merger of Provena Health and Resurrection Health Care.
His previous positions include hospital CEO, vice president of a long-term care company, and owner of an executive search/management consulting firm. He has authored articles and spoken at numerous conferences, both nationally and internationally.
Mr. Laffey is immediate past-president of the Association of Cancer Executives, and was recently chosen as a surveyor for the Commission on Cancer.
He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago with a specialization in hospital administration.
