Jennifer Hines, MPH is a Patient Financial Advocate at St. Luke’s Cancer Institute in Nampa, ID. In this role, Ms. Hines works closely with patients to uncover their concerns and needs, that may impact their ability to receive treatment and care. Ms. Hines has created surveys and questionnaire tools, statewide landscape and needs-based assessment with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare in collaboration with the Center for the Study of Aging on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias, a Covid 19 Emergency Food Relieve for Native Americans in Duck Valley and Migrant Workers with the Idaho Food Bank, promote and created a Sex Culture and Education Program at Boise State University, and worked with students at Endeavor Elementary School in a St. Luke’s Coordinated Approach to Child Health program that used evidence-based coordinated curriculum to promote physical activity, healthy food choices and mindfulness to 520 students aged K-5. Ms. Hines has had research published that was conducted in conjunction with the Idaho department of Agriculture on the spread of Invasive Species of New Zealand Mud Snails in Idaho.
Ms. Hines holds undergraduate degrees in biology, psychology, and health sciences, and a master’s degree in public health.
