Jaime Grund, LGC, is the director of the Center for Precision Medicine and Breast Centers at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY. She currently manages two diagnostic sites, five screening sites, and mobile mammography. As a licensed genetic counselor, she worked in clinical genetic counseling for twenty years in healthcare facilities across the country, including Phoenix, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky, before establishing the Department of Precision Medicine at St. Elizabeth in 2018.
Since 2018, the program has grown from a two-person consultative service into an established clinical department serving the community in the areas of precision oncology, pharmacogenomics, hereditary cancer prevention, cardiovascular genetics, and perinatal screening and testing.
Originally from a suburb of Kansas City, Ms. Grund earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at Kansas State University and her master’s in genetics from the University of Arizona.
