Yoosaf "Abe" Abraham, MBA,
has been a leading member of the administrative team at the Cancer Center of Kansas (CCK) for over 20 years as its chief operating officer.
Born and raised in India, Abe graduated with an master's in english literature before moving to the United States in 1985. He immediately began his long career in the healthcare industry by becoming a manager at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He then earned his MBA degree and MHA from the University of Oklahoma later becaming the administrator for a physician practice in Edmond, Oklahoma.
In 1994, he moved to Wichita, Kansas, to join the CCK team, and over the years, has garnered great respect from a variety of healthcare professionals throughout the country as an experienced and knowledgeable practice manager in medical oncology and hematology. With his over 25 years' experience in hospital and physician practice administration, Abe has been a significant contributor to the growth and success of CCK, leading the practice in the areas of business negotiation, planning and development, and navigating and adapting to the challenging world of pharmaceuticals unique to medical oncology and hematology.
