Overview

SpringWorks CareConnections™ can help patients and health care providers navigate the treatment journey with GOMEKLI™ by offering:

  • Financial assistance
  • Personalized educational support
  • Reimbursement for GOMEKLI™ costs.

Insurance Navigation Support

SpringWorks CareConnections™ helps patients navigate insurance coverage, including:

  • Prior authorization and appeals support
  • Benefits investigation
  • Field access managers.

The field access managers can assist in person or virtually to facilitate access to GOMEKLI™ by providing patients and providers with regional payor education and timely responses to questions.

Financial Assistance

SpringWorks CareConnections™ offers patients financial support programs to help cover any out-of-pocket costs of GOMEKLI™.

Commercial Copay Program*

Eligible patients with commercial insurance may have no out-of-pocket costs for GOMEKLI™.

Patient Assistance Program (PAP)*

Patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or who experience a lack of coverage may be able to receive GOMEKLI™ at no cost.

Reimbursement

SpringWorks CareConnections™ may also help reimburse eligible out-of-pocket costs for treatment-related tests, examinations, or specialty visits during treatment with GOMEKLI™.

*Terms and conditions apply to the Copay program and the PAP. The copay program is subject to an annual benefit maximum. There is eligibility criteria for the PAP program, as well.

Personalized Educational and Emotional Support

Springworks CareConnections ™ Nurse Advocates

Dedicated nurse advocates serve as a single point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey. SpringWorks Care Connections™ nurse advocates provide:

  • Information on disease state, treatment expectations, access support, product-related questions, nonclinical questions, and SpringWorks CareConnections™
  • Education and guidance to help your patients stay on track with GOMEKLI™
  • Answers to questions about medication.

SpringWorks CareConnections™ nurse navigators also provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their caregivers by connecting them to other services and support that may be available.

CareConnections™ Enrollment

To enroll patients, download the enrollment forms from the enrollment page on SpringWorks' CareConnections™ website. There are also temporary free medication programs for eligible patients experiencing delays in coverage and access to GOMEKLI™.

QuickStart Program

SpringWorks CareConnections™ can help eligible commercially insured patients who experience a qualified delay in their insurance coverage get started on GOMEKLI™ at no cost temporarily.

Bridge Program

Eligible commercially or government-insured patients currently on GOMEKLI™ who experience a qualified lapse in their insurance coverage may qualify to receive their medication at no cost temporarily.

Financial assistance may be available through independent foundations that are not controlled or otherwise affiliated with SpringWorks Therapeutics. These foundations may be able to assist with, for example, copays, premiums, patient education, and social services.
