Jeremy Deutsch, MD, completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center – Wichita, during which he was named the Outstanding Second Year Internal Medicine Resident in 2009 and received the St. Luke’s Award for Outstanding Performance across all residencies in 2010.

Dr. Deutsch completed a three-year fellowship in hematology and oncology in 2013 at the University of Iowa, serving as chief fellow during the 2012-2013 academic year. He is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He is a member of a number of professional societies including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American College of Physicians, and Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Deutsch serves on the Institutional Review Board for Via Christi Health and also demonstrates commitment to clinical research through his service as a principal investigator with the Wichita NCI Community Oncology Research Program.

Christopher Dakhil, MD, FACP, obtained his medical degree from the University of Kansas – Kansas City, and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas, during which time he was named Intern of the Year.

Dr. Dakhil then completed a three-year fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where he served as chief fellow in his final year. He is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Dakhil is dedicated to clinical research and previously served as a Principal Investigator of the Wichita NCI Community Oncology Research Program .

Phu Truong, MD, FACP, received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita, a three-year fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and a visiting fellowship in blood and marrow transplantation at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Dr. Truong is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology.

Dr. Truong is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and currently serves as the President of ASCO’s Kansas chapter. Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, and the American Medical Association. He is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and is active in clinical cancer research having served as a principal investigator of the Wichita NCI Community Oncology Research Program.

Sukumar Ethirajan, MD, is a community oncologist specializing in cancer genetics in the Kansas City area since 1993. Dr. Ethirajan established his practice at Dr. E.T.’s Concierge Care.

Dr. Ethirajan served as the 2014 president of the medical staff at Menorah Medical Center, 2011-2014 president of the Kansas Society of Clinical Oncology, and 2004 president of MetroMed (now known as Kansas City Medical Society), during which he initiated MetroCare, which was subsequently researched and incubated by the Center for Practical Bioethics. He also served on the board of the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City and as secretary/treasurer of MetroCare. Nationally, Dr. Ethirajan served on the Clinical Practice Committee of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and continues to serve on the State Oncology Society Forum of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, and the Carrier Advisory Committee.

Seth J. Page, MD, FACP, received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Kansas City. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita, and served as chief resident from 2003-2004. He completed his fellowship in hematology and oncology at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, and received additional training in blood and marrow transplantation at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Page is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Society of Hematology.  Dr. Page shows his commitment to clinical research through his service as a principal investigator with the Wichita NCI Community Oncology Research Program. Additionally, Dr. Page joined a society of distinguished internists when he was elected as a fellow of the American College of Physicians in January of 2018.

Jaswinder Singh, MD, is a hematologist-oncologist who is also board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Singh has dedicated his career to the improvement of the lives with those diagnosed with cancer. He has a specific interest in complex GI cancers, and has been a key leader of the Liver and Pancreas Tumor Board, which oversees the treatment planning for hundreds of patients annually.

Dr. Singh is an advocate for clinical trials and continues to support research through multiple publications. His work in the areas of solid tumor diagnostics has also led to the increased utilization of molecular profiling across multiple patient populations, thereby identifying future and potential therapeutic avenues for patient care.

Quoc Truong, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2001. He completed his internal medicine/pediatrics residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita, and then worked as a hospitalist at Wesley Medical Center from 2005 to 2010. Subsequently, he completed a three-year fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at West Virginia University before returning to Wichita to join the Cancer Center of Kansas team in 2013.

Dr. Truong is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Dr. Truong is committed to clinical cancer research as a principal investigator of the Wichita NCI Community Oncology Research Program. He also serves the Wichita community in his role as a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Board of Directors.
