RMOS Cares Program

The Rocky Mountain Oncology Society’s mission is to improve patient outcomes and the treatment of cancer in the state of Colorado. The RMOS Cares Program is a program designed to assist Colorado charities that assist in cancer care delivery. RMOS looks to partner with allied organizations to support their vital work. Awards are designed for up to $5,000 per organization.

Award Guidelines

To be eligible for the RMOS Cares Program, an organization must be:

  • A 501c(3) organization with a valid W9 form
  • Located and operate in the state of Colorado
  • Aligned with the mission of the Rocky Mountain Oncology Society, as found on the RMOS Website
  • Willing to provide a breakdown of how the funds will be used

Award Application Process

If your organization wishes to apply for an RMOS Cares award, please fill out following form:

The 2025 Award Applications will be open from May 15- July 31. Upon receipt, staff will contact the contact person listed on the application. The request will be reviewed by the RMOS Board of Directors, and the decision will be emailed to the organization. All organizations will receive a response at the conclusion by August 31.

Award Reporting

RMOS wants to hear how the awards used have positively impacted cancer care in Colorado. RMOS asks that once per year, the grantee will provide either a verbal or written report to the RMOS Board of Directors discussing the impact of the grant.
