Membership Categories:

Individual physician licensed by the state of West Virginia to practice and has a stated specialty in hematology or oncology, or a clinical interest and/or practice pertaining to cancer patients. Dues: $300 per physician, which includes up to three allied health professionals who will be considered Affiliate Members.

Physician - Additional Affiliates
Additional Affiliate members of member Physicians. Dues: $25 each.

Four or more physicians in a healthcare institution (hospital or academic) or group practice who meet the requirements for Physician membership qualify for Group membership. Dues: $1,200 per group of four physicians, which may include up to ten allied health professionals, who will be considered Affiliate members.

Group - Additional Physicians
Additional physicians who meet the requirements may join as part of the Group. Dues: $150 each.

Group - Additional Affiliates
Additional Affiliate members. Dues: $25 each. If a Group is also an ACCC Cancer Program Member, Groups may add unlimited additional affiliates at no extra charge.

Allied health professionals including, but not limited to, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, cancer registrars, administrators, managers, social workers, or other specified healthcare professionals and who do not join with Physician or Group members. Dues: $25.

Physicians in Fellowship Training with a stated specialty in hematology or oncology or in a training program with a clinical interest in and/or pertaining to cancer patients. Dues: Complimentary.

Individual eligible to be a Physician member but who is no longer practicing oncology. Dues: Complimentary.
