Continuing Education

CME: The Institute for Medical and Nursing Education, Inc. (IMNE) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. IMNE designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CNE: The Institute for Medical and Nursing Education, Inc. (IMNE) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This educational program provides 5.5 contact hours of continuing education credit.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Explain how federal legislative priorities may impact cancer care providers and their patients in Montana.
  2. Identify two benefits of integrating multidisciplinary cancer team members into immuno-oncology.
  3. Describe how new immuno-oncology agents are transforming the cancer treatment paradigm.
  4. Summarize the potential for integration of immuno-oncology therapies into current standards of practice.
