Physician oncology specialist in Indiana. Dues: $200.

Associate - Affiliated
Allied health professionals including, but not limited to, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, administrators, social workers, and office managers. If affiliated with a Regular or Group members. Dues: Complimentary.

Associate - Non-Affiliated
Allied health professionals not affiliated with a Regular or Group member. Dues: $50 each.

Five physicians in an oncology practice or university who meet the requirements of Regular membership quality for Group membership. Dues: $1,000 per practice or university.

Group - Additional Physicians
Additional physicians who meet the requirements may each join as part of the Group and have the same privileges as Regular members. Dues: $50 each.

Oncologist eligible to be Regular member but is no longer practicing medicine. Dues: Complimentary.

Physician enrolled in oncology subspecialty training program in Indiana. Dues: Complimentary.
