St. Luke's University Health Network (SLUHN) seeks a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative physician leader to serve as its next Chief, Hematology and Medical Oncology. This is a unique opportunity at a national leading integrated healthcare system to serve as a key contributor to the systematic growth of the cancer program across the region through care delivery, research, and education.

SLUHN, based in the Lehigh Valley and Bethlehem, PA, is a fully integrated, nationally recognized network. SLUHN provides services at 15 campuses and more than 300 sites across Pennsylvania with a presence in New Jersey. The excellence of SLUHN has been widely recognized as Fortune PINC AI Top 100 Hospitals, #4 ranked major teaching hospital and in 2023, a top workplace in the region.

SLUHN is a teaching affiliate of Lewis Katz Temple University School of Medicine with many physicians holding an academic appointment. The Cancer program cares for 5,000 analytic cases per year through its nearly 40 physicians, 9 infusion centers and four radiation oncology centers. The Division of Medical Oncology consists of 26 providers and continues to expand across the health system to improve access and care close to home. This physician leader will oversee the development of system medical oncology services, disease-specific programs, the research portfolio, and graduate medical education including the newly established fellowship program. The Chief will work closely with other key leaders within the cancer center to elevate the system's capabilities to advance all aspects of empathetic cancer care delivery and access.

The successful candidate will be a leader with a demonstrated ability to set a vision and effectively inspire, manage, mentor, and develop a team of medical oncologists and advanced practitioners. An MD/DO degree is required and completion of postgraduate medical education in an ACGME-approved residency program with current Board Certification in medical oncology and/or hematology.
