ACCC Financial Advocacy Process Improvement Learning Labs

Learning Labs 2018-2019

Three ACCC Cancer Program members were selected to participate in the 2018-2019 Financial Advocacy Process Improvement Learning Labs. These workshops were tailored for cancer programs seeking to improve on existing financial advocacy services. Three cancer programs were selected for participation. Prior to the Learning Lab workshop each program outlined what they hoped to achieve through this process improvement experience. During a one-day, on-site workshop, facilitated by expert faculty from ACCC’s Financial Advocacy Network, team members from the cancer program further assessed challenges and potential areas for improvement.
