Event Registration Info for Industry

Corporate Members:

We will reach out to you to collect attendee information and provide logistics. You do not need to fill out an exhibitor form; your table is guaranteed at events where exhibiting is planned.

Interested in becoming a Corporate Member? It's a great way to receive a guaranteed prime exhibit location* and networking opportunities at in-person conferences throughout the year. Please contact Kelly Silver with inquiries!

*Due to space limitations, display table opportunity is not guaranteed if Corporate Membership is confirmed less than 60 days prior to the event.

 

Exhibitors:

Space is extremely limited for non-corporate members at this event and tables will be available on a first come, first served basis. Registration will open up approximately 3 months prior to an event date.

The fee to exhibit will be $2,500. Exhibitors will receive:

  • Personal invitation for display opportunity at the event
  • One (1) draped display table (no electricity)
  • Up to two (2) complimentary industry conference registrations with badge ID
  • Recognition on conference materials
  • Networking opportunities with the state society’s leadership and membership

Non-Corporate Member Industry Attendees:

Registration is open to non-corporate member, non-exhibitor industry attendees on a first come, first served basis for a fee. Should you wish to register as such, contact corporaterelations@accc-cancer.org and if industry registration is not sold out, we will process accordingly.
