VAHO Submits Comments to CMS on the Proposed 2018 Physician Fee Schedule Rule

On September 11, VAHO submitted comments on the proposed rule published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) related to payment policies under the Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) and other revisions to Part B for Calendar Year (CY) 2018.

VAHO Urges CMS to Withdraw Part B Drug Payment Model From Consideration

As many of you know, in early March, CMS proposed a program that would have a detrimental impact on our ability to provide high quality cancer care to our patients. The Medicare Part B Drug Payment Model proposes a sweeping change to Part B reimbursement, and may be implemented as early as this fall.
