Nurse Manager, Chemotherapy/Infusions Services
The Center for Hematology Oncology (CHO), part of the Lynn Cancer Institute, a Comprehensive Cancer Center located in Boca Raton, FL presents an opportunity for a Nurse Manager for busy outpatient practice. The nurse manager functions as a member of the management team and will oversee and coordinate the activities of nursing in the infusion department as well as clinic practice. The incumbent ensures patients’ needs are met and is responsible to evaluate nursing care and performance.
The individual who holds this position exemplifies the CHO mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with CHO policies and procedures. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily operations, FTE’s, staffing, budgets, performance improvement, hiring performance review, patient satisfaction, documentation review and compliance with all regulatory bodies.

The Center for Hematology-Oncology is an outpatient facility that was established in 1995 for the purpose of providing high quality, state-of-the-art, medical care to patients with cancer and blood disorders. We are an integral department of the Lynn Cancer Institute, a Comprehensive Cancer Center which is part of Baptist Health South Florida.
Our dedicated team is built around eighteen highly qualified, board-certified physicians who all trained at prestigious institutions including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Dana Farber Cancer Center, the National Cancer Institute, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University.
The Center also features board-certified nurse practitioners, Physician Assistants and oncology nurses with over 100 years of combined hands-on oncology experience. Patients are cared for at two comprehensive centers located in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida.
Our research department provides ready access to “cutting-edge” clinical research trials through national cooperative groups, including phase II, phase III, and phase IV studies. Patients benefit from access to exciting new agents such as monoclonal antibodies and angiogenesis inhibitors.
