Community is seeking a Director to oversee Clinical Operations for our Cancer Institute. We are the area’s largest area hospital system, physician panel and market share of members. In this role, you should be able to maintain professionalism while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and ever changing system. You will oversee the clinical function and daily operations for Radiation Oncology Physician Clinic, Medical Oncology, and Ambulatory Infusion Clinics (including triage and symptom management) as it relates to patient care and the overall patient experience.

We are looking for someone who has operational experience in a cancer center setting. In your role, you will have responsibilities for daily radiation, infusion, and several other department business operations. This will included managing staff, expenses, productivity, compliance budgets and more. You will liaison with Community Health Partners administration and should have strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and should be open to innovative approaches and collaboration with a team focused on providing patient centered care and services.

Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Science or Health related field required
  • 3 years of progressive managerial experience in oncology services required

Preferences:

  • Master’s degree
