We are currently seeking an Oncology Practice Manager to manage and direct administrative and clinical operations for the Oncology Service Line at MMMC.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Staffing, planning, patient experience, staff and provider engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, revenue cycle operations, and Oncology programmatic support services.
  • Responsible for Medical Oncology clinic, Infusion Center and other operational environments where MMMC Oncology staff work.
  • Manages operations of all department activities. Oversees coordination of patient care needs across levels of providers.
  • Works effectively within and between departments, participating in the development and attainment of hospital goals through the annual operating plan (AOP).
  • In collaboration with MMMC leadership, assists in providing a uniform level of high-quality patient care.
  • Manages the financial aspects of the practice, including patient accounting and practice budgets.


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required. Equivalent experience in oncology may be considered as appropriate.
  • Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
  • 2 years of oncology practice management and infusion experience required.
  • 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
