Bayhealth is a growing regional health system is comprised of two Magnet recognized hospitals and numerous satellite facilities in central and southern Delaware. We employ more than 3,600 employees with a medical staff over 670 physicians. Bayhealth recently completed construction of a new hospital campus on its southern location in February 2019. Bayhealth provides state-of-the-art cancer treatment, clinical research, care coordination, education, and prevention services.

Bayhealth Medical Oncology is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Clinical Manager for a full time position in Medical Oncology. The Clinical Manager is responsible for leading the outpatient medical oncology / infusion services, and is responsible for providing nurse practice oversight for Radiation and Medical Oncology. Areas of responsibility include care delivery, clinical quality, staffing, recordkeeping (including Electronic Medical Record documentation), ongoing maintenance of the Electronic Medical Record, communication, scheduling, workflow and budget. This role also serves as the service line leader for establishing nursing practice that complies with Magnet philosophies and collaborating with Patient Care Services. The clinical manager participates in community outreach activities, Oncology Service Line committees and work groups, and other activities as requested. This role requires; a Registered Nurse with BSN or Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration, three years clinical experience with one year supervisory experience and/or managerial experience in a hospital outpatient or ambulatory environment. The role requires an RN with DE License and Chemotherapy Administration Certification within two years of hire. Must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel (including spreadsheets) and PowerPoint Presentations.
