General Information

Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the Exhibit Hall to set-up their booths without having their badges. Exhibitors will be able to pick up their badges when registration opens on Wednesday, October 30 at 3:00 PM.

Badges

Badges must be picked up at the registration desk. The desk will be open during the following hours:

  • Wednesday, October 30: 3:00 – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, October 31: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday, November 1: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Exhibit Hall Schedule & Hours

Set-Up Schedule:

  • Wednesday, October 30
    11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    Booth set-up must be complete by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, October 30.

Exhibit Hall Open:

  • Wednesday, October 30
    5:00 – 6:00 PM
    Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall
  • Thursday, October 31
    7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday, November 1
    7:00 – 10:30 AM

NOTE: All breaks, breakfasts, and lunches will be in the Exhibit Hall.

About ACCC

More than 25,000 cancer care professionals from over 2,100 hospitals and practices nationwide are affiliated with ACCC. It is estimated that 65 percent of cancer patients are treated by a member of ACCC.

ACCC represents cancer care professionals from every discipline in oncology—working in every care delivery setting. From private practices to hospital-based cancer programs, large healthcare systems, and major academic centers, ACCC members address the most critical issues in quality cancer care delivery.

In addition, 35 state oncology societies are ACCC Chapter Members—19 of which are managed by ACCC. Individual physicians, medical and radiation oncologists, and others associated with cancer care, have chosen to become ACCC individual members.
