General Information

Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the Exhibit Hall to set-up their booths without having their badges. Exhibitors will be able to pick up their badges when registration opens on Wednesday, October 14 at 3:00 PM.


Badges must be picked up at the registration desk. The desk will be open during the following hours:

  • Wednesday, October 14: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, October 15: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday, October 16: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Exhibit Hall Schedule & Hours

Set-Up Schedule:

  • Wednesday, October 14
    11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    Booth set-up must be complete by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, October 14.

Exhibit Hall Open:

  • Wednesday, October 14
    5:00 – 6:00 PM
    Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall
  • Thursday, October 15
    7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday, October 16
    7:00 – 10:30 AM

NOTE: All breaks, breakfasts, and lunches will be in the Exhibit Hall.

More than 25,000 cancer care professionals from over 2,100 hospitals and practices nationwide are affiliated with ACCC. It is estimated that 65 percent of cancer patients are treated by a member of ACCC.

ACCC represents cancer care professionals from every discipline in oncology—working in every care delivery setting.
