As in the past, MCC has a terrific line-up of speakers and sessions to help you enhance your knowledge of such cutting edge-issues as:

  • Impact of Oral Chemotherapy Drugs on the Care of Cancer Patients
  • Integrating Non-Physician Practitioners in Oncology Practice
  • An Overview of Missouri's New Medicaid Program, MO HealthNet.

In addition to a smashing education event, MCC President Joe Muscato, MD, has made special arrangements for conference participants who want to stay over to go to the Mizzou—Kansas State football game on Saturday.

  • For tickets, call Sarah Baumgartner in the MU ticket office at 573.882.5188. The cost of tickets is $52 per ticket; if more than 25 tickets are sold, the cost will be $42 per ticket. Mention Dr. Muscato's name when ordering tickets.

  • Hotel rooms: Call the Hilton Garden Inn at 573.814.5464 and make a reservation. There is no room block, because game arrangements are not being sponsored by MCC. You will have to pay the going rate at the time you call; presently it is $169+ per night.

  • Transportation to the game: You may have to arrange your own transportation to the game. The Hilton Garden Inn does not have van service to the stadium. The City of Columbia may offer a shuttle service. Please check when you make your arrangements.

See you in Columbia in November!
