Designation for CMEs for Physicians: This program has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Missouri State Medical Association through the joint sponsorship of Boone Hospital Center and the Missouri Cancer Coalition. Boone Hospital Center is accredited by the MSMA to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Boone Hospital Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Designation for CMEs for Nurses and Social Workers: Approval for nurses has been obtained by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s National Office under provider number CEP 5832 to award 5 continuing education contact hours through the California Board of Registered Nurses; for social workers under provider number 1105 to award 5 hours through the National Association of Social Work Boards.
