Medicare Proposed and Final Outpatient Rules
Each summer, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) releases proposed rules for each segment of service, including Hospital Outpatient and Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems, and the Physician Fee Schedule. Comments are accepted for 60 days, before a final rule can be released. Below are ACCC comments on recent proposals.
