Medicare Proposed and Final ASP Rules
Average Sales Price (ASP) rules are updated in the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (HOPPS) proposal each summer, and ASP rate updates are released quarterly. ASP rules in the physician office setting are updated by Congress.
