Industry Registration & Information

Thank you for your interest in attending and participating at the upcoming membership conference. As an industry affiliate (who is not a corporate member), the fee to attend includes one display in the Resource Center (aka Exhibit Hall) and/or up to two (2) registrants, who may attend all open educational programming.

Please download and complete the application to display in the Resource Center. Send the completed and signed application and payment to the address noted on the application. Payment may be made by check payable to the state society or with a credit card payment.

Applications to display in the Resource Center are accepted "first come, first served," after the Corporate Members' display requests have been honored.

Corporate Members

The key contact for the Corporate Member personally receives an application, with a priority deadline, inviting him or her to attend and display at the membership conference. If you are unsure if your company is a Corporate Member, please check this state society website for the list of current Corporate Members, which is updated quarterly. For information about Corporate Membership, please contact jsakacs@accc-cancer.org.

Non-Profit Organizations

Non-profit organizations are also invited to attend and support the society's program. Please contact jsakacs@accc-cancer.org directly for special arrangements.
