Oncology pharmacists, pharmacy directors, and administrators who contribute to decisions about which drugs should be used for cancer patients joined ACCC at the Oncology Pharmacy Education Network (OPEN) Pre-Conference on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas.
The Pre-Conference explored the latest trends in pharmacy practice, including oral therapies, 340B, and issues surrounding targeted off-label use.
