Steve D'AmatoAs chair of the Association of Community Cancer Centers' Oncology Pharmacy Education Network (OPEN), I would like to personally invite you to attend OPEN's one-day meeting: Issues for the Oncology Pharmacy. Explore the latest trends in pharmacy practice in both the hospital and the private practice setting, plot strategy for the coming year, and understand the complex issues that face today's oncology pharmacy.

The Hyatt is holding rooms for the ACCC conference at a reduced rate until September 7, 2010 (or until the block of rooms is sold out). Single or Double rooms are $149 plus tax (currently 15.491%). Suites, triple, and quad occupancy are available at an additional cost.

Participants' List:
A participants’ list will be provided for this meeting that includes the participant’s name, title, company name, and mailing address. This list will only include meeting participants who have registered by September 9, 2010. Attendees may pick up this list at registration. This list will not be given out prior to the meeting. If you wish to opt out, please check the appropriate box on the registration form, and your name will not be included on the official list.

Cancellation/Substitution:
Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Friday, September 3, 2010, will result in a refund less a $75 processing fee. Written cancellation of registration received in the ACCC office, on or prior to Friday, September 17, 2010, will result in a refund less a $100 processing fee. After September 17, 2010, registration fees will not be refunded. Please note: registrations cannot be transferred to another ACCC meeting. Fax written notice to Karla Smith at 301.770.1949.

Substitutions may be made at any time and will not incur a processing fee. Please fax the request in writing to Karla Smith at 301.770.1949.
