Private Social Functions Policy
Social functions at which attendance is restricted to either verbal or written invitations are not permitted to occur during any official ACCC activity. Guests
A spouse/significant other/friend/adult-child, who is not registered for the meeting, may participate in the evening receptions on Wednesday, April 2, and Thursday, April 3, provided they sign in at the meeting registration desk for a guest badge. All other meeting activities are limited to registered attendees.

Recommended Dress
Meeting sessions and receptions: Business casual. Reminder: Meeting room temperatures and personal comfort ranges vary. Since meeting rooms often seem cold, please bring either a sweater or jacket.

Special Assistance
The Association of Community Cancer Centers is committed to making educational activities accessible to all participants so they may be actively involved in the meeting. If you have special needs as identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please check the Special Services box on the registration form. An ACCC staff member will contact you.
