ACCC Meetings: Overview
The Association's meetings are designed to keep you in touch with new trends in oncology. ACCC's meetings, conferences, symposia and sessions are tailored to specific needs of members of the multidisciplinary cancer care team—physicians, administrators, nurses, pharmacists, medical directors, oncology social workers—everyone involved with the policy, management, and financial issues of cancer care. Respected and pre-eminent, ACCC has been providing the highest quality of oncology meetings for more than 30 years.

Our goal is to examine the present and future of cancer care and provide take-home, practical information that your cancer care team can put to immediate use.![]()
Christian Downs, JD, MHA
Executive Director
Association of Community Cancer Centers
Our meetings are uniquely designed to:
- Provide cost-effective cancer care delivery
- Adapt to new and changing regulations and legislation
- Market your cancer program or practice
- Plan strategically
- Implement new cancer care components
- Understand partnerships
- Integrate information systems
- …and more
Stay up to date and better prepared for the ever–changing oncology agenda. Meetings allow attendees to develop new contacts with colleagues in cancer programs and practices across the country, as well as to meet one-on-one with leaders in the oncology field.
ACCC hosts conferences that have assisted us in the development of satellite centers, a nurse navigator program, and EMR implementation, to mention a few. The emphasis on multidisciplinary participation has led to many enlightening roundtable discussions with my colleagues. The more time I have allocated to participate in Association offerings, the more I have been rewarded with knowledge that has helped shape our Center's success. ![]()
