Oncology Pharmacy Education Network

Wednesday, October 18
8:30 AM – 4:15 PM

Focused on the evolving role of today’s oncology pharmacy, OPEN will address some of the most critical challenges—and opportunities—facing today’s oncology pharmacy. Topics will include USP <800> compliance, oral chemotherapy management, strategic planning, and more.

Audience: Oncology pharmacists, pharmacy directors, physicians, nurses, and cancer program/practice administrators and managers.

CME/CE Accreditation and Credit Designation Statements: The Center for Accredited Healthcare Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This activity will provide 6.00 contact hours (0.6 CEUs) of credit. The ACPE program number is 0383-9999-17-003-L04-P. In order to obtain pharmacy credit, the participant must attend the entire conference, complete the program evaluation, and provide their ePID/NABP number & month/date of birth as requested in the evaluation.
