Cancer Care Patient Navigation: A Call to Action
"Breast Care Coordinators/Navigators Orientation Manual"
This manual is designed to be a resource for nurses who are new to the role of being a nurse navigator in breast care. Developed by Fox Chase Cancer Center and Fox Chase Cancer Center Partners Breast Care Coordinators/Navigators, the manual includes the most current information available on the role of a navigator as well as on breast cancer management along the continuum of care. Resources and tools for navigators are included.
