New Computer-Based Tool Helps Survivors Move Forward After Cancer
Journey Forward’s Survivorship Care Plan Builder is designed to assist oncology professionals in creating custom Care Plans. The tool includes: 1) Easy-to-use forms that expedite the preparation of treatment summaries and follow-up care plans, 2) utilities such as a built-in regimen library, BSA, and BMI calculators, and various checklists, 3) the ability to customize Survivorship Care Plans with your logo, and 4) ability to expand Care Plans with information on symptoms to watch for, effects of treatment, and more.

ACCC's Archived Survivorship Education Project
In 2007-2008 ACCC launched ans educational project to raise awareness about the importance of comprehensive survivorship programs. As his ACCC President's Grant, then-President Richard B. Reiling, MD, FACS, led efforts to provide a full-range of educational resources. The result: ACCC's Survivorship Education Project, which has been archived here for easy access. The project was made possible through a sponsorship funded by AstraZeneca and Abraxis Oncology.
